Mr. Didier Gogniat, born in Barcelona on April 28, 1999, joined our company as an Intern in Corporate Controlling in department of Global Brand Finance Training and Sportswear on March 15, 2024 was employed until September 14, 2024.

In his position as Intern in Corporate Controlling, Mr. Gogniat's main tasks were as follows:

• Support implementation and execution of mid to long-term financial planning tools with strategic character within Brand adidas

• Perform financial analyses of strategic relevance and synthesize complex information for communication to senior leaders

• Drive analysis of financial data on group level, by utilizing internal and external sources, combining this information to draw conclusions, considering the company’s goals and financial standing

• Provide tracking and reporting of strategic business plans, annual operating budget, forecasts and insightful ad hoc analysis to understand business drivers of performance for the company and its different performance cells​

Mr. Gogniat had a very sure command of his working area and was familiar with all processes and aspects of the company. He very successfully continued his professional development on his own initiative. Due to his outstanding powers of comprehension, he familiarized himself very quickly with all tasks. His power of judgment further enabled him to achieve independent, well-balanced and appropriate results in complex situations.
